Job Summary:

Assist Senior Account Manager to deliver volume and revenue and other objectives in assign accounts by selling in Sales
Development objectives and Initiatives established during the AOP and build sustainable strategic partnership with customers via JBP. Develop, closely follow up and execute agreed business programs, leverage effiecient call coverage and ensure all assigned accounts comply with SPVB performance standards and commitments.

Job Responsibilities

1. Grow Volume, revenue and share in assigned accounts
- Develop, sell and execute effective CDAs with idenified customers as alignement with AM/SAM
- Develop and keep updated an account plan to the SPVB standard: develop specific standards for merchandising range, promotions activitites for accounts to enhance brand image and gain share
- Develope initiatives in assigned accounts to improve the business performance
- Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned
- Provide pre & post execution evaluation of marketing programs and communicate to location
- Ensure to achieve 5 points scorecard
- Monitor performance and compliance to CDAs, taking corrective action when necessary
- Ensure fast solution for smooth operation when there is changes from customers or from SPVB: payment, supply chain

2. Setting objecives and tracking results
- Set clear objectives that are consistent with company goals with alignment with AM/SAM
- Ensure clear communication and aherence of pricing and promotions to internal and external
- Review progress vs objectives on a bi-weekly basis

3. Identify & Win new business
Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new distribution/new customers) & develop SPVB products in new accounts in assigned location with effective CDA, alignement with AM/SAM

4. Others
- Coordinate with OPE & Blueforce to execute daily sales operation in assigned location
- Lead problem solving and address team issue

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  • BA degree in any disciplines, major in Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing are preferred.
  • Experienced On-premise channel (Food, Beer…), 02 years minimum 
  • Good channel/customer/industry insight 
  • Good understanding of selling & distribution system
  • Good functional skills including: analytical/logical skill & negotiation skill
  • Good interpersonal skills: communication, strategic influencing and presentation skill
  • Solutions & results oriented, customer service oriented
  • Ability to handle complexity
  • Good commands of English
  • Strong computer , work with system (DMS, SAP…)
