About your role

'- This role is to manage the movement of Inventory by reviewing inventory transactions to assure their right accounting treatment, stock under effective control through  DII mesurement and Aging Rep analysis.
- Timely review slow moving items to make provision as policy & follow up w/o process accordingly.

What You'll Do

• Review the inventory transactions movement, Adjustment entries to ensure their approval as per SOA/current policy.
• Perform plant/DC tour visit  to ensure compliance of I2C process & financial control in place.  
• Review & keep track the movement of slow moving items to flag up to PIC/management team for timely clearing off to mitigate inventory W/O cost.
• Prepare the monthly closing reports for Inventory Aging/DII Report.
• Ensure the accurate preparation for financial Reports & keep a key role  to the periodic balance sheet review for respective locations of inventory accounts .
• Analyze & commente the movement of inventory provision in compliane with VAS and company policy.
• Take lead for periodic physical count & report  by respective locations.
• Daily review inventory transactions to investigate non-routine cases /or incorrective reason code for correction to ensure inventory cost cappture properly & compliances with VAS & company policy.
• Review slow moving items & following up action plans defined from PIC/functionals to make provision/or clear them off timely.
• Review adj entries and w/o request to ensure full supporting documents as per SOA required 
• Participate in physical count process such as inventory&DC and FA/SPP, FA labelling, FA idle asset and FA idle bidding colaboration on-site in assigned location
• Suport I2C refreshment workshop to be held at respective Locations.
• Key contract point for operation audits/tax health check with full documentations, evidences provide as required .
• Perform GCS self test for I2C  process as per control agenda required by IC Dept.  
• Well partnertship with PA & 3PL's staffs  in cascading new policy or refreshment workshop for I2C/ SOP of Physical count  SOP change update.

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Economic
• Minimum 2 years in similar positions in FMCG companies
• Good knowledge in Finance and Accounting
• Strong leadership, planning and forecast skill 
• Fluent English speaking & writing
• Proficiency in MS Office.
