About your role
Be responsible for delivering all standard & adhoc reports, internal Customer operations information flow in Areas in charged, to make sure all data available OTIF & insights generated shared thoroughly across positions, to add value to the daily biz decision making; responsible for other administration tasks to support sales activities.
What You'll Do
1. Standard Reporting (70%)
Create reporting templates as requested by line manager to help setup the Customer Operations reporting system at location
- Collect data and/or export data from system, verify to complete reports (daily, weekly, monthly…) as required.
- Maintain data pool, calculate and analyse indicators to propose solution/ suggestion for sales management at location. Suggested list of reports:
+ Volume Sell in/Out Daily/Weekly/Monthly by SS/ Distributor/ SKU/ Brand (BTL/AOP/YAGO) for all channels
+ Inventory Tracking by Distributors
+ Focus SKUs, Penetration, Sales Contests – ASM self-initiated (e.g: to push vol & penetration for area focus SKUs)
+ SOG actual performance tracking
+ Distributor social insurance/other new programs participation
+ Visicooler & Merchandising tools/QR code exemption lists consolidation for ASM
+ Category promotion tracking/consolidation/extra support for Cat Opts team if needed
- Collect demand from users via daily interactions, occassional customer service quality check with stakeholders to see where Customer Operatons reporting system can add value by data analysis & reporting, identify further opportunities to enhance current reporting system
- Share collected insights with CO Manager to capture opportunities in reporting; e.g: standardize reporting templates to use across areas for higher productivity & data accuracy by streamlining duplicated reports or scaling up useful reports
- In charge of total location
2. Payment Processing (20%)
- Responsible for all external payment tasks of areas in charged (Distributors incentive, subsidies, awards, etc.; DCR salary, BTL Yearly etc.), holding all related functions (RTM, TMKT, Sales Frontline, etc.) responsible for submitting payment information OTIF, verify, make necessary calculations & send to CO Manager to consolidate & finalize payment amount and processing
- Responsible for Distributors contracts & annex creation, processing, signed off to ensure business compliance and legal rights of payment between SPVB and Distirbutors; share all details to Customer Operations team for external communication
- Solve basic arising problems related to payment
- Ensure payment process well control in SAP
3. Others (10%)
- Daily tracking & Report the SO EDI status to 3rd PL in SAP
- Follow up the pending SO, work with 3rd PL to ensure the delivery or which SO need to cancel, escalate to COE team to solve
- In charge of Sales Order processing related to Donation, A&M, sampling…
- Assist ASM in other assigned tasks to support, coordinate area business activities
- Backup for COE of areas in charge
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager & Business Requirements
What You need to be successful
- University/College graduate
- Minimum 1 years of experience in Sales Department. Experience at FMCG companies is a plus.
- Effective communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, negotiations, data analysis, coordination
- Basic English
- Advanced Excel, Word, Intermediate PPT
- Self-driven, teamwork, discipline, high integrity
