This position is expected to develop brand/group brand strategy and business plan to meet brand and business objectives for North market; work with different departments to drive the implementation and turn business plan into real results

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding about North consumers’ behaviors, North business insights and translate these understandings/insights into North AOP's plan for respective brands
  • Develop and support North marketing strategy annually to align with company AOP's plan and to deliver business objectives
  • Lead the respective brand AOP for North, translate into brand ideas and convert into relevant innovations to grow the brand in North
  • Lead product portfolio roadmap for North & closely work with Regional team & Marketing Nationwide team to prepare for changes for product portfolio
  • Oversight the implementation of AOP, from the strategic discussion to development and all way communication with sales force (such as: thematic campaign, promotions, …)  to drive for business & brand deliverable
  • Monthly perform analysis from Retail Audit & Brand Health to understand brands' performance and propose appropriate actions.
  • Manage the allocation & disbursement of budget for assigned brand to maximize ROI and have positive impact on brand P&L for North market. Working with Finance partner to set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goal.
  • Build North Marketing focus campaigns, then closely liaise with Media team to ensure sufficient reach & relevant content toward North consumers
  • Propose & manage North specific promotion and activations during the cycle (Festives, Summer & Tet)
  • Work with Sales department to co-develop trade & channel programs for North market, POS support related to brands

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing 
  • At least 5 years of experience in FMCG MNC. Both Marketing - Brand Management & Trade Marketing
  •  Excellent of English & communication.
  • Excellent at project management.
  • Can-do attitude with strong influencing skill, delivering the results and able to make change.
  • Consumer orientation, brand operating experience
  • Experience with matrix organizations
  • Mobile and willing to travel frequently
  • Based at North
  • FMCG MNC
