About your role
'Support the execution of channel development plans for TT OFF & AFH, ensuring effective implementation of promotions, PICOS standards, and Perfect Store guidelines across channels.
Coordinate cross-functional activities and monitor performance, providing timely insights and tracking KPIs to support business targets.
Assist in planning, budgeting (AOP), and operational processes while ensuring alignment with category strategy and market dynamics.
What You'll Do
1. Channel Development & Operation Planning
- Execute channel/customer activities (including incentives and marketing tools) and in-store PICOS execution guidelines (assortment – hero SKUs, visibility, promotion execution) for TT OFF and AFH; monitor performance and support continuous improvement of PFS execution
Support the implementation and operation of the Perfect Store Model; cascade guidelines to TMKT Operations to deliver the defined picture of success by channel
- Coordinate POSM/TOT production and allocation to ensure the right materials are deployed in the right locations and channels to maximize channel potential
- Implement investment guidelines (CPC) for AFH sub-channels and cascade to locations; support and follow up on payment processes for AFH channel executionExecute MWB programs (e.g., Customer Club, Titan, Modern Grocery, SPVB Shop, Wholesale, Win in Rural, festive initiatives) and track effectiveness and customer payment processes
- Communicate execution plans (e.g., MWBs) to TMKT Operations and relevant stakeholders (Control, SIS, Sales, PCU, etc.); track weekly/monthly performance and provide updates
- Track and monitor fundamental KPIs related to Channel Development; consolidate data and highlight performance gaps
- Conduct analysis and provide input/recommendations based on business needs
2. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) Support
- Support Channel teams in TT OFF & AFH AOP planning and ensure timely submission of required inputs, including budget proposals (Driven/Non-driven investments)
- Consolidate data to support identification of growth opportunities and assist in defining location targets based on channel performance and investment (e.g., club programs, visicoolers)
'3. Change Management
- Support execution of packaging changes impacting item codes, CDA agreements, and investment adjustments
- Coordinate pack rollout and ensure clear delivery guidelines (Direct vs. Indirect switching) are properly cascaded and followed
4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Procurement to support productivity initiatives and ensure on-time, in-full (OTIF) installation of visibility materials
- Work with Sales teams to collect market feedback and customer insights to support execution improvements
- Collaborate with SIS on image recognition initiatives by providing updates on NPD and new packaging
- Coordinate with Category Strategy to support distribution and penetration plans for NPD/PPA
- Support collaboration with Sales in CDA renewal processes for key local accounts
5. Others
- Comply with SPVB standard, strategy & policy & customers commitment
- Other ad-hoc requests to support business
- Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager
What You need to be successful
- University degree in any disciplines.
- At least 02 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
- Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights."
