Are you passionate about bridging the gap between Marketing and Sales?  We're looking for a Trade Marketing Manager who is ready to take on a central role in our organization and drive brand success in the Out of Home (OOH) channel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As the Trade Marketing Manager for Out of Home (Horeca), you will play a pivotal role in connecting Marketing and Sales. Your mission will be to translate marketing strategies into impactful customer plans and build robust promotion and activation programs. You will also be responsible for enhancing our brand presence in the OOH channel through strong brand ambassador initiatives and strategic spirit partnerships.
  • Collaborate with external partners and data providers to gather relevant insights and trends in the OOH market.
  • Bring a deep understanding of the OOH soft drinks market through market analysis and customer sell-out data, providing valuable insights to Sales and Marketing teams.
  • Lead business reviews with OOH customers, translating marketing plans into effective customer strategies.
  • Implement promotional and activation plans in the OOH channel to drive both sell-in and sell-out volumes, aligning with key business priorities.
  • Track and manage the total promotional budget in collaboration with the Finance team, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Facilitate monthly alignment meetings between Sales and Marketing.
  • Collaborate with key spirit partners to develop an integrated plan to enhance our mixology expertise.


Experience in Sales or Marketing.
Master's degree in Business, Economics, Sales, or Marketing.
Fluency in French and Dutch, with a good command of English.
Proven experience in cross-functional projects and in-depth analysis.
Strong knowledge of the OOH channel and its specificities.
Commercially driven, result-oriented, structured, and proactive.
