ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Trainee, you'll begin your journey as a Sales Representative for 1-2 years. In this role, you will:
• Be the primary contact for around 180 shops, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Proximity shops.
• Plan and execute customer visits, aiming to visit 6-8 shops daily.
• Use your commercial skills to pre-sell key promotions and maximize sales volume.
• Ensure our products are prominently displayed on shelves through effective merchandising.
• Enhance product visibility based on each shop's potential.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Report your daily activities and achievements.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• A valid Driving License B.
• A Master’s degree in Management or Business.
• Fluency in French, with a preference for bilingual French-Dutch speakers.
• A results-oriented and KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A team player attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Ambition and a desire to grow within the company.
