You are an ambitious and driven individual with a passion for sales. You are known for your relationship building skills and are always on the lookout for sales opportunities to make the business grow. You have great communication skills and enjoy being on the road and visiting our customers.
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Area Responsible Retail, you will be the company's Ambassador to our Retail customers, holding a key commercial position. You will:
• Be the primary contact for around 180 shops, including Hypermarkets, Supermarkets, and Proximity shops.
• Plan and execute customer visits, aiming to visit 6-8 shops daily.
• Use your commercial skills to pre-sell key promotions and maximize sales volume.
• Ensure our products are prominently displayed on shelves through effective merchandising.
• Enhance product visibility based on each shop's potential.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with customers.
• Report your daily activities and achievements.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
• A valid Driving License B.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Management or Sales.
• At least one year of experience as a Sales Representative.
• Good knowledge of the retail market.
• Fluency in Dutch, with French being a plus.
• A results-oriented and KPI-driven mindset.
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• A team player attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
