ABOUT YOU
You are an experienced, dynamic finance professional with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling. You are pro active, organised and a true team player. With experience in commercial finance, auditing, or controlling, you possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are fluent in both French and English, enabling you to communicate complex financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders. Your international experience, particularly in FMCG, is a plus, and you are eager to lead and inspire a team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As the FP&A Manager for the BNL region, you will play a pivotal role in driving financial performance and strategic decision-making. You will lead the annual budgeting process, manage forecasts, and analyze budget variances to provide actionable insights. Collaborating closely with the executive team and various departments, you will ensure data accuracy and integrity across financial models and reports. Your leadership will guide a junior FP&A analyst, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Controlling.
• Experience: solid experience in commercial finance, audit, or controlling; FMCG experience preferred.
• Skills & Competences:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Stakeholder management
- Pro active and independent
• Languages: Fluent in French and English (verbal and written).
