The scope of this role will be for Belgium and Netherlands and the person can potentially be based in Genval or Amsterdam

As our Business Development Manager, you will pilot and coordinate a major strategic project for Suntory: launching a new brand on the BNL market, in a new and high performing sub-category.  You will lead and animate a cross-functional working group (Marketing, Commercial, finance, Supply, Legal, Regulatory) to ensure perfect execution of the overall strategy.  You will be responsible for the development and execution of the RTM activation plan.

YOUR ROLE

• Support and finalize the development of the Business Plan for BNL with the Project Team in collaboration with our partner and SBF EECM BNL.
• Coordinate the Project Team, acting as the project reference for external and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and follow up on the retro-planning across all workstreams and ensure clear RACI
• Manage the entire P&L.
• Define and lead BTL-activation plans in collaboration with the Retail and OOH teams.
• Support commercial teams in opening new channels and lead the execution strategy.
• Coordinate and follow up with Retail and OOH on materials for key promotional periods.
• Ensure perfect execution between local RTM plans and Marketing (developed by your partner)
• Responsible for the validation and coherence of assets with SBFE and our partner across all touchpoints

WHAT YOU BRING

• Successful experiences in project management
• Solid experience in the development and launch of products, ranges and brands
• First commercial experience
• Knowledge of the Retail / Out-of-Home trade environment
