ABOUT YOUR ROLE
As an Account Manager, you will:
- Manage Key Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with strategic customers, understanding their specific needs, expectations, and goals.
- Develop Key Accounts: Identify growth opportunities within existing and new customers, propose tailored solutions, and help develop strategies to maximize account potential and profits.
- Analyse and Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyse sales, profitability, and market trends, and prepare regular reports for management.
- Negotiate and Draft Contracts: Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
- Collaborate Internally: Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) and provide feedback from clients to improve products or services.
- Manage Conflicts and Solve Problems: Quickly identify potential issues or disputes, act as a mediator to find fast and effective solutions, and maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay Informed on Market and Competitors: Keep up with market developments, trends, and competitor activities.
