Field GTM Manager - North

About your role

  • Deploy plan follow AOP GTM with AS&D Concept through analysis distribution data based, verify potential market & efficiency cost to invest on NW for TT channel.
  • Lead to implementation routing plan, engage with distribution points to finalize route invetsment / SOC/ working process/ Distributor recruiting as TU concept & lead implement new GTM model as AOP plan for TT channel ( AFH/WS/RRT).
  • Analysis GTM data recording, define oppotunity to enhancement, build/delever/monitoring corective action plan ( CAP) to strengthening sales discipline / execution / Health check to improve AS&D KPIs.

What You'll Do

1. TU implementation & field coaching
- Conduct TU health check for frontline team (TT/AA)
- Assist sales locations to ensure different ASM/ SS/ AAM/AAE (and other as required) team using standardized form and approved Best Practices tools.
- Assist sales locations to ensure different SS/ DCR/ AAE using standardized and approved selling & working tools.
- Provide on – going problem solving
2. Business analysis:
- Analysis data, define area to improve S&D KPIs,Monitoring corective action plan ( CAP) to strengthening sales discipline. 
- Conducts review of sales systems and AS&D processes and drives standardization as well as optimization through best practice sharing and building capability.
- Maintain profile and records of performance of sales locations, analyze/highlight to leadership team for decision making. 
- Supports sales teams by managing GTM change initiatives as well as working with GTM leadership in development GTM strategy implementation.
- Drives effective communication & produces GTM centralize reports
3. Implement Distribution Management Program
- Assist sales locations to ensure salesforce (TT/AA) using standardized forms and procedures of AS&D (P&L form, routing…)
- Assist sales locations to set up new routes, rerouting and other works as instructed in DMP
- Frequent track routing performance & propose appropriate actions if any
- Ensure distributor at location follow/comply with our policy (DCR’s salary, promotion,…)
4. Outlet Cencus & others: 
- Build plan cencus year on year to support for coverage expansion & define potential market 
- Implementation yearly the cencus agenda with ensure  accuracy & productivity 
- Leverage census data to trigger out insights, market understanding, development strategy to grow on morket with strong collaboration with TMKT, Field Sales, DMP
- Supports and participates in the major GTM projects by providing the necessary data

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor graduation in relevant majors.
  • Strong knowledge of GTM and distribution model
  • Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem solving skills
  • Good project management and drive for result
  • Strong communication/ interpersonal  skills
  • Fluent in English & Computer skills (MS Office)
  • Advanced English
