Role: Responsible for developing iB2C E-commerce channel with a focus on driving ecomerce initiatives on Pure Players and Tiktokshop, delivering volume & neutral P&L while optimize the best-in-class operating fulfillment model

Job Responsibilities

1. Commercial Planning & Customer Development
- Lead strategic plan & deployment of Annual Operating Plan, focus on accelerating growth/gaining share across Categories, Regions, Platforms, ...
- Perform comprehensive market analysis and shopper research to identify market needs, optimize product offering and enhance service. 
- Lead JBP with strategic Partners with E-Commerce Customer/Enabler/Agency and nurture Customer Relationship integrated with comprehensive development plan, focus on key pillars (campaign calendar, pricing & promotion, joint activities, initiatives) & deliver business result
- Identify new opportunities to onboard new customers, deploy new initiatives, drive test & learn agenda, ...
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build concept, smooth execution of e-commerce activities.

2. E-commerce Media Performance & Online Picture Of Success Development
- Develop onsite & offsite media plan to drive quality traffic to SPVB Product Page/Official Store & convert new e-shopper, and enhance ROI
- Build Online Picture Of Success guideline to make engaging product & shop display, based on insight to simulate shopper's buying
- Lead new emerging tools (onsite livestream, KOL/KOC livestream affiliate, shopping video...) to capture new shopping behavior & next generation of consumers

3. Excellent Seller Own Fleet Operation
- Design & develop effective operating model & end-to-end fulfillment process for each platform to maximize selling opportunity with minimum operation cost & resource, in line with total company process & policy
- Enhance capability & efficiency of key stakeholders in fulfillment process (GT Distributor, Enabler, Internal team,...) to deliver the best delivery service to shopper
- Other Projects (expansion, optimization, inhouse delivery....)

4. Others
- Budget monitoring in monthly basic, secure on-tracking spending together with KPI delivering (D&A, A&M,...)
- Competitor's tracking (pricing, promotion, activities)
- Others assigned by Line managers/business

 

 

Your Team

Skills and Experience

Functional expertise:

- More than 2 years of sales/brand/trade experience in the FMCG industry
- More than 3 years of experience in the online industry, related to FMCG products; must have proven experience in developing, and executing campaigns & promotions to drive traffic and sales in partnership/retail.
- Extensive experience with and deep understanding of online players (e-commerce, food platform, e-wallet) and their operation/ model

Skills:

- Ability to be detailed for operation and data analysis while creative to conceptualize and execute projects, with strong bias for action and deliver results. 
- Track record of developing and managing multiple marketing programs simultaneously.
- Ability to organize, plan, prioritize and meet deadlines; proven track record in achieving set objectives.
- Pro-active, creative, smart, resourceful and resilient self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required. 
- High energy level is essential, dedicated work ethics. 
- Ability to adapt to evolving role and responsibilities; open to new learning opportunities.
- Strong desire to continually improve work processes, systems and deliver against agreed objectives
- Good knowledge of industry, competitors, customers and trade dynamics
