Regional Territory Manager

YOU

As our Regional Territory Manager, you will cover Donegal/Cavan/Monaghan/Louth/Meath and Westmeath and ideally live in or near to Carrick, On Shannon/Longford or Cavan.  You will strategically grow invoiced sales and ISV/L in Direct Wholesale/ OOH/Symbol Convenience customers ensuring our brands have maximum availability and visibility by working collaboratively with the regional Sales Merchandising network to deliver the respective territory in-store KPI’s.

You will be responsible for delivering LRS business objectives in the territory with specific emphasis on invoiced sales and ISV/L growth targets, Space, Distribution and Activation KPI targets while facilitating the support and development of the Sales Merchandiser network.

YOUR ROLE

  • Achieve ISV Revenue and ISV Per Litre Targets across Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual cycles.
  • Meet KPI Metrics for distribution, space, case transfer sales, displays, and merchandising with Third-Party Sales Force partners.
  • Drive Regional Brand Market Share through effective Brand and Commercial Activation.
  • Develop and implement local Customer Activation Plans and JBP’s, aligning with Yatte Minahare principles.
  • Manage stock, orders, and direct accounts within the territory.
  • Lead and execute Sales Merchandisers’ journey plans with Third-Party RSM to ensure LRSI brands’ presence in key symbols.
  • Exceed sales targets by leveraging customer resources and securing retailer buy-in.
  • Secure full listings and drive rapid distribution of new products via collaboration with Sales Merchandising teams
  • Activate promotions to maximize high-volume sales.
  • Optimize push-and-pull sales strategies in line with wholesale JBP's and KPI objectives.
  • Maximize product availability by influencing stock levels and sell-out initiatives.
  • Strengthen wholesaler endorsement through brand education and promotional alignment
  • Continuously report on competitor, customer and trade activity.
  • Perform additional role-related duties as required.
  • Utilize analytical capabilities to ensure seamless communication within the commercial team.
  • Facilitate the development of the Sales Merchandisers through proactive liaising, communication and appropriate interaction with our third-Party Sales Force Partners.

WHAT I NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Solid FMCG experience in field sales roles.
  • Educated to Leaving Cert/A Levels level
  • IT Literate and Comfortable using Excel, Word, PowerPoint packages.
  • Demonstrates experience in selling within the retail and wholesale FMCG industry, including a focus on selling out more than selling in
  • Has track record in achieving stretch targets by going above and beyond what is expected
  • Works well within a team and shows ability to lead business developing initiatives and to nurture the talent of colleagues
  • Displays talent for collaborating with Customers to apply innovative ways to grow sales
  • Taking Accountability and Delivering on KPI’s and Commercial Objectives for the Territory
  • Analytical Skills to manage and interpret KPI/Performance Data
