About Your Role

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will be at the heart of the finance team, providing crucial insights and analysis to support decision-making for the Sales and Marketing teams. This role will involve reviewing forecasts, supporting the Annual Operating Plan, and ensuring accurate NSV reporting. You will also be responsible for preparing business cases for new product launches, as well as driving process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What do I need to be successful ?

- A qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with experience in a Commercial Analyst role within FMCG or equivalent practice experience dealing with FMCG clients

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders

- Comfortable to challenge and be challenged by important stakeholders

- Ability to translate finance language to non-finance colleagues

- Expertise in working within cross-functional teams and projects

- Strong financial acumen and the ability to challenge and support the Sales and Marketing teams

- Experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Funds management, and evaluation of pricing and promotional strategies

- Proficiency in SAP, Excel and other financial systems
