Senior Operational Excellence Manager
You
Methodical and analytical, as an operational excellence expert you are process oriented while it is question of a plant transformations. So, you have a strong background implementing TPM approaches to quickly help the plant being more efficient.
You daily manage the budget related to your department to work on strategical projects and you deliver improvements in terms of maintenance, production, quality, etc, inspiring teams based on your plant thanks to your leadership.
Your communication and the way you coach people as a functional and transversal way is a strenght to make changes according to deadlines defined for the Total Productive Maintenance approach. Finally, your experience within a FMCG company makes you more agile to quicky work on changes.
Your role
As the Senior TPM Manager of our Donnery's Plant, you daily lead the operational excellence projects and you work closed to our Plant director to work on the plant transformation. You functionally report your activity to the Operational Excellence Director.
As part of the Plant Comitee, your role involves to coordinate, lead, develop and deliver the SMW program within the all factory.
Your leadership is an asset while working on strategical topics to help the whole plant being performant.
You are accompanied by the Donnery's continuous improvement team that you help to grow and you lead and develop the SMW roadmap, you train and coach the factory teams and you prepare reportings about the plant transformation results.
Your analytical skills are daily helpful to work on important projects with regards to loss intelligence data, to identify the loss driven improvements and provid benefits in terms of safety, quality and costs.
Finally, your strong communication is helpful while working with your all stackholders, sharing learning and best practices within others sites accross Europe.
What I need to be successful
You have an engineering background or similar.
You have consolidated a background of more than 10 years in TPM / Operational Excellence environnement or equivalent.
You have a strong project management experience and you have deployed and audited a plant.
You have a good English level
