About your role

- Coordinate sales order and delivery to meet sales volume target of assigned areas/distributors; 
- Ensures successful online orders and resolves all issues along the way; 
- Execute the communications between company/location leadership to sales frontline/customers/distributors and vice versa

What You'll Do

1. Demand Forecast & Stock Allocation
- Weekly/Monthly Forecast sales demand from market submit to CO Lead for review to send to PA for production plan.
- Follow stock allocation from CO Lead daily, get extra support if needed, divide and dispatch the goods among Distributors in areas in charged
- Connect with PA to track & push transportation in delivery

2. Sales Order Management
- Work with MT/AFH/Distributor to finalize order, book, and follow-up to ensure smooth delivery. Keep track of stock, payment process and AR ageing of distributor/customer as per SOA. 
- Cross-check all selling & payment data frequently to ensure no mistakes are made & all balances are met (good receipts vs invoice, etc.)
- Frequently track sell-in progress of Distributors/customers & well-update to Distributors/ASM/SS (for TT) or OT Team on frequent basis
- In charge of Sales Order processing related to Return Packaging, FG return, D&A and A&M payment...
- Analyze COS/sales reports on in-charge distributors' orders & update to SO Lead on frequent basis to support stock balancing & maximization
- Contact with involved functions (Sales, IT, Production, Delivery, Warehouse, Customers, Control) to collect information to solve sales issues daily (related to COS/SAP system, stocks, RGB empty cases, Distirbutor Inventories (for TT), Sales orders, P&L)

For TT:
- Justify distributors need to override sales order suggestion on COS, making sure customer demand are met daily
- Input PSP info for distributor payment on COS, tracking the payment balance of promotions to ensure Distributors receive full amount from company
- Inventory tracking to support Sell-in pushing, stock norm reports for GTM, ensure goods delivery from 3PL meet the stock check calendar

For OT:
- Check pricing per Sales Order between the Customer's Purchase order vs the pricing on system to minimize the wrong pricing
- Ensure the shelf life requirement of stock for OT channel
- Ensure FG/TOT payment advance as per Sales Order, tracking the payment balance of promotions to ensure customers receive full amount from company
- Daily check the SO EDI status, SO pending & work with 3rd PL to solve

3. Distributor/Sales Order Compliance & Communications
For TT:
- Using Cascade pricing, promotion program and other policies to Distributors and sales team. Keep track and consolidate results. Collect, verify documents and transfer to related functions as given timeline.
- Responsible for the completion of & clear communications to Distributors about SPVB contracts & annexes, and total payment details from SPVB to distributors monthly
- Verify & communicate related business matters (P&L, KPI, Volume, Distributors' inventory, etc.) to Distributors as scheduled daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly and as requested, based on information from Sales Reporting

For OT:
- SAP: Check the PSP budget to ensure the payment in line with budget
- Using Cascade policies to sales team. Keep track and consolidate results. Collect, verify documents and transfer to related functions as given timeline.
- Ensure all SO process in compliance with policy

4. Others
- Back up for Sales Reporting Executive
- Other assignments by Line Manager

What You need to be successful

  • University/College graduate
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales Department. Experience at FMCG companies is a plus.
  • Communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service, negotiations, data analysis, coordination
  • Basic English
  • Advanced Excel, Word, Intermediate PPT
  • Self-driven, teamwork, discipline, high integrity
