Customer Development Manager - Group Customer Marketing

About your role

To support overall KPI of Modern Trade & On-Premise channel; to Develop & Deliver Brands objectives per Channel/Customer (including volume, revenue, profitability etc.) via Brand ITM activities, customer JBPs, insight-based categories development/customer development activities.

 

What You'll do

  1. Development & Deliver Brands objectives per Channel/Customer
  • Develop category/brand strategy & objectives per sub channels/customers
  • Lead Customer Marketing team for category/brand guidelines in terms of visibility, brand engagement/communication, pricing, key focus etc. per sub-channel/formats based on insights of channel and shoppers and ensure this was well executed
  • Lead Customer Marketing team to do New Launch and build New Launch per sub-channel with KPI, tracking and action plans accordingly
  • Maximize Digital Marketing
  • Lead Customer Marketing for Brand ITM deployment per sub-channel/per customers with effective costing
  • Plan, Monitor & control effectively Budget: A&M Push, POSM production, TOT etc.
  • Call on all customer wiring assignments as planned and as per customer wiring matrix to build good relationships with customers and to get insights from customers
  • Lead for internal policy/process changes to improve Speed to Market
  1. Channel/Customers JBP
  • Lead Customer Marketing & joint work with Marketing & CD for Insight-based Joint business planning activities per top customers
  • Set clear objectives & plan for JBP per brands/category with top customers of Away From Home & Modern Trade as aligned in ITM
  • Responsible for customized big events of top customers (in JBP) fitting with channel insight/customer strategy, shopper insight & brand strategies
  • Support for Top-to-Top engagement with top customers & WCCE JBP with top customers
  1. Channel/shopper insight-based Category management & development
  • Lead team for Forecasting in monthly, rolling 3 months yearly MT, AFH including new sku's lead team to Category development per sub channel, formats: Pack/mix/Pricing & Revenue management and portfolio initiatives
  • Delivering CAT man with customers: assortment, opportunities to max portfolio, display, pricing, revenue management, pack mix
  • Category growth driver and Category Development
  • Co-working with SPVB regional/ Sector team to build team capability, to leverage best practices and/or to win regional/global customers and implement Global agreements if any
  1. Identify & Win New Business: Identify and evaluate new business opportunities (new launch/portfolio/ideas/MEM innovations) & lead for execution and or maximize blue force resources; lead for POSM innovation
  2. Others
    • Managing and enhancing capability of Customer Marketing
    • Lead problem solving and address team issue as per assignment of line managers
    • Comply with SPVB standard, strategy & policy & customers commitment

 

What You need to be successful 

  1. Strong knowledge of MT & On-Premise channel and Customer strategy & channel Operation understanding,
  2. Shopper Understanding per Sub Channel; Insight activator; Digital marketing understanding,
  3. Category Management & Development including Revenue management
  4. Capability in analysis channel/ brand/ price/ pack trends in MT/ OP channel vs total industry.
  5. Strong communication/ interpersonal/ leadership skills to be able to communicate effectively with Senior Level Management of SPVB and Customers
  6. Strategic thinking, strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  7. Fluent in English & Computer skills (MS Office)
