About your role

(i) Support the development and integration of the Company’s sustainability agenda by aligning corporate values, culture, and business strategy, ensuring a robust, holistic, and governance‑driven approach across the organization.
(ii) Oversee the digitalization of sustainability measurement and reporting, establishing strong frameworks, controls, and processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and transparency.
(iii) Strengthen the Company’s position as a trusted and responsible partner by reinforcing governance standards and enabling clear, credible disclosure of sustainability metrics to internal and external stakeholders, supporting accountability and long-term sustainable business growth.​

What You'll Do

1. Sustainability Strategy & Governance
- Lead the Sustainability Governance agenda by developing sustainability metrics, targets, and roadmaps aligned with corporate priorities, global frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
- Support line manager in coordinating the Sustainability Committee, facilitating governance processes, tracking commitments, and ensuring implementation across functions.
- Establish governance mechanisms, KPIs, accountability structures, and performance monitoring processes to drive sustainability integration across functions and taskforces.
2. Data Management
- Monitor and evaluate sustainability performance across six SPVB’s sustainability pillars, ensuring alignment with global methodologies and reporting requirements.
- Manage sustainability data collection, measurement, verification, and assurance processes in collaboration with internal, external stakeholders, auditors, and consultants.
- Identify, track, and escalate sustainability-related risks, opportunities, and compliance gaps.
3. Stakeholder Engagement
- Support line manager in hosting stakeholder forums to align priorities, share progress transparently, and foster collaboration.
- Integrate stakeholder feedback into planning cycles to strengthen relevance, credibility, and trust
4. Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Drive continuous improvement of SPVB’s sustainability maturity through benchmarking, innovation, and adoption of local and international best practices.
- Drive the digitalization, automation, and governance of sustainability data, ensuring consistency, reliability, and accessibility across functions.
5. Reporting, Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure full adherence to environmental laws, regulations, and global ESG standards.
- Lead the preparation of sustainability disclosures and reports, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, audit readiness, and alignment with applicable reporting frameworks (GRI, CSRD).
- Establish and maintain sustainability data tracking system / dashboard, ensuring timely, accurate, and transparent tracking of ESG performance for internal management and external disclosures.
- Partner with Finance, Compliance, and Risk teams to integrate sustainability considerations into enterprise risk management and corporate governance processes.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor degree
  • At least 5 years of related experiences
  • Stakeholders management skill is a must
  • Project Management
  • Sustainbility-related Study
  • CSR & Sustainable Development Understanding
  • Experience & used to work in planning, compliance, EGS reporting (e.g GRI, CSRD...) is a plus
  • Interpersonal skill
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Vietnamese (reading, writing and speaking), with the ability to communicate effectively in both formal reporting and business settings.
  • Good command in Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Experience in developing, managing, or utilizing sustainability dashboards and performance tracking systems (e.g., SalesBI) is an advantage.
  • Well-organized
  • Work independently, take ownership
  • Fast learner, willing to learn
