- Bachelor degree
- At least 5 years of related experiences
- Stakeholders management skill is a must
- Project Management
- Sustainbility-related Study
- CSR & Sustainable Development Understanding
- Experience & used to work in planning, compliance, EGS reporting (e.g GRI, CSRD...) is a plus

Interpersonal skill

Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese (reading, writing and speaking), with the ability to communicate effectively in both formal reporting and business settings.

Good command in Word, Excel and Power Point

Experience in developing, managing, or utilizing sustainability dashboards and performance tracking systems (e.g., SalesBI) is an advantage.
