EHS Co-Ordinator

About you

You have held administration positions in the past and are looking to transfer your expertise and knowledge to a different field. You are looking for a company where you can be a real ambassador of their products and you have a soft spot for our iconic much loved brands Ribena and Lucozade. You are interested in Environment, Health and Safety topics and understand the impact of EHS on product quality. You have strong organisation skills, an attention to detail and effective communication. You are known for your willingness to learn, take on a new challenge and get stuck in.  

About the job

You will manage mandatory EHS Training for Suntory and different suppliers we work closely with (Randstad, Man Commercial and GFM). You will collate, record and monitor for trends accidents and incidents and make sure we have the right data for the monthly KPI pack. You will take the lead in first aid matters including stocks, training compliance, and meeting attendance. As part of your role, you will support the EHS Manager with internal and external audit programme. You will play a key role in our EHS council (collating data, preparing slides and minute taking). You will be the custodian of our EHS data, making sure the information our Suntory database is completed and up to date for any report building.

What you bring to the table

  • Background of working in fast paced administration environment  
  • Willingness to learn about health and safety (previous experience in Health and Safety a plus) 
  • Growth mindset, embracing challenges and ready to give things a go  
  • Good communication skills, ability to build strong relationships and be part of a team  
  • Good experience using all aspects of Microsoft Office.
