About your role
The purpose of this position is to manage and develop national key accounts across Ireland, ensuring excellent execution of commercial plans, driving business growth, and leading account teams to achieve sales and profitability targets
What You'll Do
Develop and execute national account plans aligned with company strategy and market needs.
Manage and grow key national accounts in Ireland, ensuring achievement of sales volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
Facilitate the direction and development of the 3rd party sales team through the operator within the NI market place to deliver on commercial objectives subject to business requirements
Identify and capture new business opportunities through market analysis and client engagement.
Coordinate cross-functional activities including trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless account management.
Negotiate strategic alliances and commercial agreements with key clients.
Ensure compliance with company policies, commercial standards, and certification requirements.

What You need to be successful
Essential
Proven experience in national account management within FMCG.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent negotiation and commercial acumen.
Analytical skills for business and market analysis.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Desirable
Experience in both markets Island of Ireland
Knowledge of the Irish market and customer landscape.
Familiarity with CRM and sales forecasting tools.
Formal training or certification in sales management or commercial leadership
