Technician
About your role
Repairing, Monitoring and maintain all equipment, machinery and utility to ensure operation efficiency and higher productivity.
What You'll Do
- Execute daily maintenance to ensure all equipment and machinery are in excellent working conditions at all times and provide engineering support to production team
- Execute preventive maintenance plan to ensure zero breakdown
- Prepare equipment/systems for maintenance work, as well as perform routine data logging
- Carry out immediate troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance during shift
- Work with production team for improvement project, machine/system installation and engineering equipment
- Cooperate with team to improve capability consistently through TPM activities e.g. Autonomous Maintenance, Focus Improvement, Preventive Maintenance, Kaizen and Education & Training for technicians/operators
- Ensure all works in the unit are performed safely and in compliance with plant standing instructions
- Compliance with all Quality, Health and safety, Environmental and GMP requirements as stipulated within SOP, WI and company policy
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
What You need to be successful
- Higher vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
- Able to work independently
- Must be a team player
- Able to communicate effectively
- Able to read and write basic English language
- Able to work on rotating shifts
