Job Responsibilities

  • Execute daily maintenance to ensure all equipment and machinery are in excellent working conditions at all times and provide engineering support to production team
  • Execute preventive maintenance plan to ensure zero breakdown
  • Prepare equipment/systems for maintenance work, as well as perform routine data logging
  • Carry out immediate troubleshooting and breakdown maintenance during shift
  • Work with production team for improvement project, machine/system installation and engineering equipment
  • Cooperate with team to improve capability consistently through TPM activities e.g. Autonomous Maintenance, Focus Improvement, Preventive Maintenance, Kaizen and Education & Training for technicians/operators
  • Ensure all works in the unit are performed safely and in compliance with plant standing instructions
  • Compliance with all Quality, Health and safety, Environmental and GMP requirements as stipulated within SOP, WI and company policy
  • Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience
  • Higher vocational degree in Mechanical or Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or equivalent
  • Able to work independently
  • Must be a team player
  • Able to communicate effectively
  • Able to read and write basic English language
  • Able to work on rotating shifts
