About your role

What You'll Do

• Control responsible inventory level according to company’s policy/ target

• Issue purchase order of responsible materials and follow up for on-time delivery to ensure uninterrupted production lines

• Follow up with supplier to ensure that new and/or new versions of materials can be delivered on time.

• Review notification of non-conforming and follow up with supplier to reply and compensate with goods materials to ensure uninterrupted production and issue a Returned PO and a credit note from the supplier

• Prevent and minimize write off products by optimize planning with procurement and supplier

• Lead import Finish Good product by planning, issue purchase order and ensure shipping document for delivery on time in full according to sales forecast

• Ensure compliance in import documentation from supplier, government and customs

• Ensure that concerned Procedures and Instructions are being followed and carried out properly

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field

• Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing industry is strongly preferred

• At least 3-5 years experience in Planning or Purchasing field

• Excellent communication skill in English

• Good negotiation skills and computer literate

• Practical experience in MRP II or ERP system

• Logical thinking and be initiative
