Senior Factory Admin Officer

About your role

To oversee and manage administrative tasks related to waste management, employee shuttle services, maintenance of non-production facilities and utilities, and green space management. This role ensures accuracy, efficiency, and orderliness in operations, supporting the company's overall functionality and contributing to a sustainable and organized working environment.

What You'll Do

Waste Management

  • Plan and calculate daily chicken waste quantities and coordinate with suppliers for timely pickup.
  • Prepare and submit daily summaries of chicken waste and by-products to the production department.
  • Supervise proper storage of waste and by-products according to required types and standards.
  • Coordinate with suppliers for disposal of waste from treatment ponds.
  • Oversee scrap material sales, ensure accurate documentation, and maintain organized records.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly summary reports for all types of sales volumes.
  • Supervise subcontracted workers (waste pickers and cleaning staff) to ensure compliance with GMP, 5S, and safety standards.
  • Compile and submit monthly records of working days and overtime for cleaning staff and waste shovel workers.
  • Coordinate with relevant government agencies when required.

Pest Control

  • Supervise pest control activities performed by suppliers in accordance with the monthly QS plan.

Employee Shuttle Services

  • Arrange employee shuttle schedules and coordinate with service providers to ensure smooth operations.

Green Space Management

  • Oversee garden maintenance to ensure cleanliness and aesthetic upkeep.

Maintenance of Non‑Production Facilities and Utilities

  • Maintain non-production equipment to ensure proper functionality and readiness for use.
  • Monitor and control contractor work for repairs and improvements in common areas, ensuring quality and compliance.

What You need to be successful

  • Bachelor's Degree any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience and skills in using MS office programs and office tools.
  • Initial forklift maintenance can be checked.
  • Be honest, thorough, and have good responsibility in the performance of their work.
  • Communication skills, good coordination and collaboration with others.
  • Basic knowledge and skills in general maintenance work.
