About your role
This role is responsible for supporting product and process development, including formulation, optimization and continuous improvement initiatives. The role ensures products meet quality, regulatory and operational requirements while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver efficient and scalable solutions.
What You'll Do
Product Development & Improvement
- Execute end-to-end product development from feasibility, prototyping, stability testing to commercialization, ensuring compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
- Manage reformulation and continuous improvement of existing products
- Evaluate and select suitable raw materials for assigned projects
Registration & Compliance
- Prepare and support product registration documentation
- Ensure laboratory activities comply with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and internal standards
Operational & Knowledge Management
- Transfer technical knowledge and processes to QA, Production, and relevant teams to ensure product quality
- Maintain accurate and well-organized documentation for easy reference
- Ensure adherence to company policies and standard systems
What You need to be successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Biotechnology, Food Engineering, Product Development, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an R&D or product development role within the Food & Beverage or related industry preferred
- Basic knowledge of product formulation, ingredient functionality, and food processing techniques
- Understanding of food safety standards and regulations (e.g., GMP, HACCP)
- Experience in laboratory work, including stability testing, documentation, and data analysis
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
