Job Responsibilities
- Maintain & Improve manufacturing process by ensuring productivity and always in line with quality & food safety management system
- Monitor GMP, HACCP, Food Safety system and HALAL to ensure that all routine activities are in line with quality and food safety standards and regulations
- Conduct the validations activity and ensuring all planned validation activities are completely executed as planned and documented report
- Evaluate and improve QC/QA function
- Arrange necessary documents and assist audit department when internal audit and 3rd party audit is conducted
- Coordinate with external parties or certify bodies (i.e. DLD, TUV Nord, The Office of Provincial Islamic Council Of Chonburi , The Central Islamic Council Of Thailand (CICOT)) for Certification & Surveillance audit
- Coordinate with concerned department to collect information and submit for Halal certification by annually renew and new product registration.
- Issue internal CAR & NC when notified
- Conclude audit results including follow up pending CARs to ensure that all CARs are closed on time
- Manage and control changes of working procedure and instruction of QMS and FSMS for all department ensuring that all documents are always updated
- Develop QMS and FSMS document control system to be more effectively in supporting related function
- Conclude audit results including follow up pending CAR & NC and report to superior manager to ensure that all CAR & NC are closed on time
- Follow up status and report Abnormal Incident in process, potential problem analysis and new equipment validation.
- Follow up status of Change control and report to superior manager
- Organize activities to create awareness and increase understanding in QMS & FSMS
- Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system
- Carry out other tasks as demanded by the management
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Science, Food Science, Food Technology Food Engineering or related fields.
- 3-5 years experience in quality control and quality assurances for food or beverage industry.
- Knowledge and understanding of GHPs, HACCP, HALAL, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Quality management system, Food Safety, Food Hygiene, FSSC22000, ISO22000.
- Process validation such as Retort supervisor, Cleaning validation etc.
- Good computer skills in basic programs (Microsoft Office, E-mail, Internet)
- Ability to communicate in English both written and spoken.
