Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Control Officer to ensure the highest quality standards throughout the production process. This role involves inspecting and monitoring the quality of raw materials, ingredients, and finished products at all production stages, including raw material preparation, cooking, seasoning, and packaging. The goal is to maintain compliance with defined standards and food safety regulations while delivering top-quality products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Inspect and verify raw materials used in production, ensuring compliance with QC Incoming standards before use.
  • Monitor product quality throughout all production stages, conduct batch sampling, and verify adherence to required quality standards.
  •  Oversee and control quality checks on raw materials and ingredients in the PDN Processing Plan, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  •  Inspect and monitor key ingredients to ensure that the final product meets safety and quality regulations
  • Work closely with production teams to develop and implement daily quality control plans.
  • Document and report any abnormalities or deviations from quality standards, providing insights for continuous improvement
  • Conduct regular audits and calibration of equipment to ensure the accuracy of quality checks.
  •  Participate in problem-solving activities, analyzing root causes of defects and implementing corrective actions.
  •  Support company-wide quality and safety programs, including GMP, TPM, KAIZEN, Small Group Activity, and other improvement projects.
  •  Follow company policies, work efficiently, and perform other assigned tasks as needed.

Your Team

Skills and Experience

  •  Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or a related field.

  • Experience in quality control/quality assurance in a food manufacturing environment is an advantage.

  •  Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety regulations is preferred.

  •  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment with a keen eye for detail.

  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
