Production Supervisor

About your role

To plan and control a BN & VETA production line operation and arrange the manpower to achieve the product volume with standard quality, as well as controlling wastage and productivity following working procedures, while ensuring and promoting workplace safety.

What You'll Do

• Manage production workforce to ensure production efficiency and target achievement
• Trouble shooting closely with Engineering team to ensure machine utilization, capacity, and performance meet the department’s targets.

• Lead improvement projects to minimize wastage, increase %OEE and productivity, and enhance safety.
• Educating and coaching production team by ensuring compliance adhering to WI, SOP and Quality standards.
• Supporting production team training regarding Autonomous Maintenance, PT standard and able to verify correctness of PT standard methodology.

• Be an internal auditor for ISO system, Quality system and GHP&HACCP.  
• Monitor and improve the working environment with 5S, Quality systems, Law, Company systems, and GHP&HACCP standards, including creating new activities or rewards to ensure employee satisfaction, morale, and continuous improvement, while ensuring and promoting workplace safety.
• Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system

What You need to be successful

• Bachelor Degree in Food Science or related field
• At least 3-5 years’ experience in the food industry
• Possess knowledge in GHP, HACCP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SAP would be an advantage
• Acquire coaching skills and communication
• Strong leadership skills
