About your role

What You'll Do

• Record and check operations in fat separation, evaporation, filtration, cooling, transfer, and cleaning.
• Produce according to daily plans and ensure broth quality meets standards.
• Operate machines smoothly and prevent stoppages.
• Clean equipment per GMP and manage raw materials and consumables.
• Report abnormalities, ensure safety, maintain records, and follow company policies.

What You need to be successful

• Higher Vocational Certificate (Diploma)
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience 
• Able to work in shift rotations
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to communicate clearly and work effectively with others
