About your role

ควบคุมเครื่องจักร ตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้า ซ่อมบำรุง ดูแลรักษาเครื่องจักร เพื่อให้การผลิตทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด ไม่เกิดความล้าช้า 

• ปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานการทำงาน เพื่อให้งานสนับสนุนวัตถุดิบสำหรับไลน์การผลิตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ลงบันทึกผลการปฏิบัติงานให้ถูกต้องตามที่ปฏิบัติจริง และส่งต่อให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชาในระดับที่สูงขึ้นไป
• รายงานเหตุการณ์ผิดปกติต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นในแผนกต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา และพยายามหาแนวทางป้องกัน เพื่อไม่ให้เหตุการณ์ผิดปกติดังกล่าวเกิดขึ้นอีก
• ประสานงานกับส่วนการผลิตต่างๆ ในไลน์การผลิต และแผนกคลังสินค้า เพื่อให้เกิดประสิทธิภาพสูงสุดในการทำงาน
• พัฒนาประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานของตนเองให้สูงขึ้น พร้อมที่จะรับงานใหม่ๆ จากผู้บังคับบัญชา
• ตรวจสอบสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน ลักษณะในการทำงานและเครื่องจักรให้มีความสะดวกปลอดภัยในการทำงาน
• ให้ความร่วมมือในการทำกิจกรรมตามนโยบายของบริษัท เช่น กิจกรรม 5 ส. กิจกรรมข้อเสนอแนะ กิจกรรมกลุ่มคุณภาพ และกิจกรรมอื่นๆ ที่มีส่วนในการพัฒนาบริษัท
• ทำงานร่วมกับแผนกต่างๆ ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้อง หรือให้ความร่วมมืออย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
• ปฏิบัติตามนโยบาย ระเบียบข้อบังคับ และวิธีการปฏิบัติงานตามระบบมาตรฐานต่างๆ ที่บริษัทกำหนด
