Engineering & Energy Senior Manager
Who We Are
About your role
To manage all engineering works & projects (such as Machine Maintenance, Utility supply, and Facility Service) to ensure that production lines are operated at maximum efficiency and availability with optimum cost.
To handle plant utility management systems (i.e. energy and water consumption) to ensure sustainability and compliance.
What You'll Do
- Plan and oversee plant maintenance and utility systems to ensure equipment safety and reliability, minimize downtime, maintain consistent utility supply, and achieve optimal production efficiency
- Develop and manage the Spare Part Management (SPM) system to ensure equipment availability and readiness for uninterrupted production operations
- Plan and control Engineering & Energy AOP capital expenditures and overhead budgets to maximize cost efficiency, improve productivity, support potential project expansions, and ensure smooth operational continuity
- Supervise all Engineering operations, including utility supply systems and wastewater treatment, ensuring full compliance with relevant management systems, standards, laws, and regulations
- Support feasibility studies for new engineering initiatives, expansions, and product development projects, providing sound justification for decision-making
- Act as the Engineering & Energy communication lead, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of engineering-related data and updates to internal and external stakeholders
- Coach and develop technical and leadership skills among team leaders to enhance people management capabilities and foster greater employee engagement
- Adhere to company policies and all implemented standard systems to ensure consistent and compliance operations

- Bachelor degree of Engineering or higher (Major Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering)
- 10 years in Engineering and 5 years of experience in managerial role
- Good command in English (both spoken and written)
