Chemist

Job Responsibilities

• Perform test scheduling for chemical lab  
• Monitor water supply and wastewater quality 
• Perform chemical testing procedure according to standard 
• Handle laboratory equipment effectively and safely 
• Manage laboratory facility for chemical testing  
• Train chemist staff on test procedure 
• Investigate issues, analyzed root causes and define resolutions 
• Develop testing procedure to improve quality, efficiency and accuracy 
• Manage and operate all activity in chemical lab  to comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements 
• Participate in proficiency testing programs 
• Lab – Sample Receiver 
• Cooperate and support  ISO 9000, ISO 14001, ISO45001, FSSC 22000 and GMP&HACCP system 
• Follow company regulations and all implemented standard system 

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor degree in Chemistry / Chemical Technology / Food Science / Biotechnology / Related field 

• At least 1 year experience in related field 

• Hands-on experience with AAs or HPLC  

• Knowledge in GMP, GLP,  ISO/IEC 17025
