ABOUT YOU

You have a strong interest in Procurement and have built solid experience in CAPEX or industrials purchasing within an industrial or FMCG environment.

Your background has enabled you to develop a strong understanding of investment projects, supplier markets, and cost structures related to equipment, engineering, and technical services.

You are comfortable working cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external partners, and you know how to balance cost, quality, risk, and timelines.

You are analytical, structured, and pragmatic, with strong negotiation and influencing skills. You are able to manage complex topics autonomously while remaining collaborative and solution‑oriented.

You are recognized for your ability to build connections across functions and to establish trusting relationships with your stakeholders

You have experience working in international environments and have developed a strong level of professional English and French. Spanish would be a plus. 

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior CAPEX Buyer at Suntory Beverage & Food France, you will define and execute CAPEX sourcing strategies for SBFE industrial investment projects.

You will lead tender processes in close collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders, negotiate with selected suppliers to secure optimal commercial and contractual outcomes, and ensure delivery against time, cost, quality and scope objectives, while mitigating scope creep.

You will be involved from the early project definition phase, challenging specifications and scope, structuring project governance, and ensuring Procurement policies and processes are applied throughout the full project lifecycle, from needs definition to supplier management.

You will lead supplier negotiations and be accountable for finalizing vendor agreements and contracts, ensuring their proper implementation and communication to project managers, Engineering teams and business stakeholders. Your contract and legal acumen will be key in successfully managing this aspect of the role.

Following contractualization, you will monitor supplier performance against agreed KPIs, manage escalations, complaints or performance issues, and lead corrective actions when required.

You will act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Procurement for assigned SBFE sites, maintaining close interfaces with project, Engineering and business teams. You will also contribute to Make‑or‑Buy analyses, Value Engineering initiatives and continuous improvement actions, supporting value creation and optimization opportunities with a Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) mindset.

YOUR PROFILE

• Academic background in Engineering, Business School or University, with a specialization in Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering or any other relevant field
• Solid experience in CAPEX procurement within an industrial, FMCG or manufacturing environment
• Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage complex projects in a structured and autonomous manner
• Collaborative mindset, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish is a plus.

Fixed‑term contract available as soon as possible until September 2026, based at our headquarters in Neuilly‑sur‑Seine or Aix‑en‑Provence.
