Channel Operations Manager - Traditional Trade

About your role

 

- Develop strategies and wining plans that deliver TT channel growth for total LRB brands such as: Permanent visibility – Perfect stores, Customer Club, Wholesale, Win in Rural, Customer event, festival….
- Build Channel platform base on the channel / shopper insight to determine the success of each sub-channel
- Lead AOP KPIs & cascade to ASM/SS/DCR to engage front line with Channel vision, strategy and enhance right execution
- Execute & track/monitor all TT must win battle plan
- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP & proposing the action plan

What You'll Do

1. Leading channel development strategies:
- Based on cat objective, shopper/ channel insights and GTM agenda to build channel strategy for TT to ensure SPVB’s LRB leadership, deliver channel growth and avoid channel conflict.
- Lead AOP cascading to sales to deliver effective execution of channel MWB as planned
- Align with MKT/ Category team/Sales on full year penetration, brand matrix visibility and lead full year visibility investment, penetration by channel
- Ensure channel/ customer activities aligned with TT channel strategy
- Align with Sales leadership team on monthly channel plan.
- Align with compliance on directions and KPIs to audit and make sure quality of execution on market
- Work with GTM to develop effective communication & tracking tools for channel activities to improve quality of execution
- Manage effective budget within the given
- Work with supporting functions (procurement, planning, legal, tax….) to drive productivity and ensure all activities will be deployed OTIF and compliance
 
2. Leading channel operation for effective execution:
- Lead Channel operation team to deliver effective execution of channel program NW & Festive as planned.
- Monitor and update the progress of the channel activities with the senior management in sales department for timely corrective actions.
 
3. Develop and coach direct reports
 
 
 
 

What You need to be successful

- Education University degree in any disciplines.




- Functional expertise (experiences, functional skills) - At least 04 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
- Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights.
- Soft Skills - Good communication, influencing.
- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
- Language Competent English
- Computer Computer skill – Excel, Power Point
