About your role

  • Responsible for implement execution  of all  TT channel development calendar (TT channel MWBs) at their location to maximize  performance of Suntory PepsiCo’s brands (in term of availability, visibility, stock weight… ) across sub-channels at POP (On vs Off, urban vs rural ,wholesales  vs retailer…)
  • Deploy & follow of all local activities (Trade fair, Festival,..)
  • Co-operate with others function team (CAT team, Compliance team)  to drive & ensure execution on field at their location 

What You'll Do

  • Drive effectiveness of execution (monitoring, tracking, payment):
    + Implement all execution & manage budget of TT channel (owner of allocation down to Channel/ Distributor/ SS/ route, DCR..)
    + Deployment all monthly activities to Sale frontline down to DCR level. (monthly DCR web-bex, monthly sale sup meeting….)
    + Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly tracking, monitoring all monthly activities.
    + Make all payment to customers/ distributors OTIF of all monthly trade activities.
  • Provide data & Propose local activities to address/ capture all customize local insights to help local sale team in achieving local objectives
  • Got all feedback (Sale/ market) and provide analysis on the result as well as recommendation to go forward
  • Provide customer insight/ local competitor information to Trade channel team & SDs
  • Get supports in cross functional alignment activities; Efficiently work with other parties (external & internal)
  • Coordinate with CAT team &   Sale team to organize Trade events (Products launching; DCR or Customer conference)

What You need to be successful

  • University degree in any disciplines.
  • At least 04 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
  • Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
  • Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights.
  • Good communication, influencing.
  • Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Competent English
  • Computer skill – Excel, Power Point
