Channel Development Manager - Traditional Trade

About your role
- Owner MWB plans and customers plans to deliver TT channel growth for total LRB and CAT brands: Permanent visibility – Perfect stores, Customer Club, Wholesale, Win in Rural, Customer event, festival….
- Owner 6Ps TT channel strategic planning based on shopper/customer insights
- Execute & track/monitor all these channel activities plan
- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP & proposing the action plan
What You'll Do
- Generate channel/ customer/shopper insights in TT channel
- Work with Sales/ MKT/ CAT to build a winning TT channel strategy house based on customer & shopper insights to drive channel growth
- Build EBD (effective brand distribution) in TT channel by location
- Work with MKT to build brand matrix by sub channel - POP by customer based on Shopper’s P2P and retailer/customer insights.
- Build rural assortment based on CAT strategy, TT channel strategy and company strategy
- Build full year superior in-store/ out store visibility plan by sub-channel & lead execution & evaluation the effectiveness of investment
- Work with CAT team to build monthly channel activities traffic calendar
- Lead MWB implementation/execution and review/evaluate the effectiveness of our in-store plan Permanent visibility – Perfect stores, Customer Club, Wholesale, Win in Rural, festival …)
- Effectively communicate all plans (MWBs…) to field sales down to DCR levels & have monthly/weekly tracking the performance progress & keep all relevant functions updated
Work with procurement to drive productivity and ensure all visibility will be installed OTIF.
- Work with Sales team to get feedbacks on plan and insights of market/ customers
- Other ad-hoc customer plan to support for business
- Develop and coach direct reports
What You need to be successful
- At least 05 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred
- Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights
- Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights
- Good communication, influencing.
- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented
