Job Summary

  • Owner of implementation channel plan for TT channel  and delivery ready-to-execute tools for field execution to support business growth.
  • Generate shoppers/customer insights of TT to support for category development team for stronger strategic planning

Job Detail

  • Provide input into channel planning of initiatives to be executed at the designated channel in terms of budget, timing, allocation, mechanics to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of these initiatives
  • Work with sales team as well as to 3P implement the initiatives in the channel
  • Ensure excellence POP communication platform to support marketing initiatives
  • Conduct regular work*with Sales team to have in-depth customer insights for the designated channel (2 field works/week)
  • Tracking & monitoring the channel activities to ensure operation smoothly
  • Managing effectively budget in each program
  • Work with Procurement/agencies/suppliers to purchase POSM, TOT, services…& ensure OTIF delivery
  • Ensuring upload PR on time & tracking POSM/Service delivery at all channels
  • Bring in innovation in term of physical design of TOT/POSM to improve SPVB’s competitiveness at the designated channel
  • Generate & provide channel/customer insight or market movement/competitors
  • Other tasks is assigned by Channel Development Manager – TT channel

Requirement

  • University degree in any disciplines. 
  • At least 02 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
  • Trade Marketing knowledge and understanding of retailer/shopper behavior/insights.
  • Analysis skill. Able to translate from data into insights.
  • Good communication, influencing. 
  • Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
  • Competent English
  • Computer skill – Excel, Power Point
