About your role

What You'll Do

1.Achievement of Production Area Objectives

  • Plan and allocate chicken processing, manpower, and work assignments on a daily/weekly/monthly basis according to the production schedule
  • Control the quality and quantity of raw material issuance and usage
  • Monitor and control product output quality and volume
  • Supervise and manage routine inspection, preventive maintenance of equipment, and housekeeping of the production area
  • Troubleshoot basic equipment malfunctions and escalate issues when necessary
  • Communicate with the procurement team regarding raw material conditions

2. Improvement of Production Efficiency

  • Observe and analyze process workflows and working environment issues, propose improvement plans, and encourage team members to submit suggestions
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Department to evaluate and implement improvement initiatives

3. New Product Trial Production Arrangement

  • Arrange trial production for new products, including preparation of raw materials, equipment, and manpower
  • Participate in and execute on-site trial production operations

4. Personnel Management & Talent Development

  • Assign, coordinate, guide, and evaluate team members’ performance
  • Provide training on process operations, equipment handling, and occupational safety & hygiene
  • Ensure and supervise workplace safety practices
  • Provide resources, opportunities, support, and coaching to facilitate employee development

5. Others

  • Perform other tasks assigned by the company or supervisors

What's in it for you

What You need to be successful

  • College graduate or above, food nutrition, biology related
  • Familiar with food regulations, food factory process control, food safety and hygiene, food quality control, food processing technology, and other related expertise.
  • Familiar with general computer operation skills.
  • Have basic English ability.
