About your role

What You'll Do

•    Verify all Invoices and supporting documents for expenses in the most saving, completed; accuracy in accounting coding and cost center, proper authorization; correct vendor, amount, and due date before release hold for invoice. Meet timeline and comprehensive response documents status for requesters within 3 working days from the received date. Down payments, Prepayment, Deposits, Advance to Employees/ Supplier follow-up
•    Concur ADM for trouble shooting and Concur interface with error-free. 
•    Maintain and update Vendor Master records and ensure supporting documents are complete
•    Provide VAT filing and CIT tax reconciliation for AP related, e.g. Rental, professional , Royalty..
•    Reconcile/prepare accounts payable transaction, aging/GRN report. 
•    CSA, FCF and BS review, audit and tax filing support for AP related. Including provide vendors' balances confirmation to auditors
•    Fusion test and UAT support and assist with other projects or duties as assigned to the support department as needed
•    Ensure absolute compliance with statutory tax regulations,  policies on accounting, financial reporting, and other internal control requirements
•    Ensure that the company’s invoices are precisely administered
•    Ensure all accounting entries either AP invoices or GL manual should be timely & properly accrued/ estimated when GRN or services are received or accepted to reflect the accounting matching principle.

•    Invoice process on a timely basis
•    Withholding filing on a timely basis
•    Fusion support

 

What's in it for you

What You need to be successful

•    Bachelor or master degree in accounting or Finance related major
•    At least one or 2 years in accounting
•    Experience in FMCG industry is a plus
•    Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
•    Proactive, independent, patient, with ability to work under pressure with high degree of accuracy.
•    Fluent in English
