1. To cooperate with ESH department to implement Safety & Environment activities
2. Manage daily operations of production processing
3. Control semi-product quality
4. NPD trial implementation
5. Provide process improvement ideas/projects and implementation
6. Execute SMW activities
7. Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching
8. Document maintenance

1. Familiar with general computer skills
