1. 與EHS部門合作、執行相關環境安全衛生作業
To cooperate with EHS department to implement Safety & Environment activities
2. 管理日常生產作業流程
Manage daily operations of production processing
3. 半成品品質控管
Control semi-product quality
4. 新產品測試
NPD trial implementation
5. 流程優化專案執行與提案
Provide process improvement ideas/projects and implementation
6. 文件管理
Document maintenance
7. 團隊管理
Demonstrated excellence in teambuilding, mentoring and coaching
