We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Product Development Executive to join our R&D team at Suntory Beverage & Food Taiwan. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in supporting innovation and development of health food products.

我們正在尋找一位積極主動且注重細節的產品研發專員加入我們台灣三得利飲料食品的產品研發部。在此職位中,您將負責保健食品的產品創新與開發。

Job Responsibilities 主要職責

  • New Product Development: Develop safe and effective health food products based on market trends, consumer needs, and the latest scientific research.
  • Existing Formula Optimization: Continuously optimize existing product formulas to enhance efficacy, taste, and user experience, ensuring products meet consumer expectations.
  • Product Testing and Quality Analysis: Conduct product testing to evaluate efficacy, taste, and stability.
  • Technical Documentation: Responsible for writing and maintaining product manuals, research reports, and technical documents.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Collaborate with regulatory personnel to follow domestic and international health food regulations, ensuring all products comply with the latest standards and respond quickly to regulatory changes.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work with marketing and internal/external supply chains to ensure smooth progress at every stage from product development to market launch.

 

  • 新產品開發:根據市場趨勢、消費者需求及最新的科學研究,開發安全且有效的保健食品。
  • 既有配方優化:持續優化現有產品配方,提升產品功效、口感與使用體驗,確保產品滿足消費者期待。
  • 產品測試與品質分析:執行產品測試,評估功效、口感與穩定性。
  • 技術文件撰寫與維護:負責撰寫和維護產品說明書、研發報告及技術文件。
  • 法規合規依循:協同法規人員跟進國內外保健食品相關法規,確保所有產品符合最新的法規標準,並在法規變動時迅速反應。
  • 跨部門協作:與行銷及內外部供應鏈合作,確保產品研發到上市的每一個階段順利無礙。     

Skills and Experience 工作經驗與學歷

  • Bachelor’s degree in nutrition or food science-related fields.
  • Ability to independently conduct market research, literature review, formula development, sample testing, etc., until the product is launched.
  • Collaborate with raw material suppliers or OEMs, accurately communicate requirements, and achieve goals.
  • Basic English proficiency, capable of using English for presentations and communication, familiar with general computer operation skills.
  • Passionate about challenging new technologies and formulas, and enthusiastic about innovation.
  • Experience in developing “natural” health food products, familiar with the details of natural ingredients and formula design.
  • Proficient in data analysis, able to evaluate market demand, consumer feedback, and product efficacy based on data, and formulate strategies accordingly.
  • Experience in successfully launching innovative products with market differentiation.

 

  • 營養或食品科學相關科系學士學位。 
  • 能夠獨立進行市場調查、文獻研究、配方開發、打樣測試等,直至產品上市。 
  • 與原料供應商或代工廠合作,能精準溝通需求並實現目標。 
  • 具備基本英文能力,可使用英語進行簡報及溝通,熟一般電腦操作技巧
  • 勇於挑戰新技術、新配方,對創新充滿熱情。 
  • 具有「天然」保健食品開發經驗,熟悉天然成分及配方設計的細節。 
  • 擅長數據分析,能夠依據數據評估市場需求、消費者反饋及產品功效,並依此制定策略。
  • 有成功推出具有市場差異化的創新商品的經驗。
