About your role
- Develop Annual & Long-term Strategy & Investment plans for CSD/ED/Hydration across all channels/ region based on Marketing Strategy, Consumer Trends, Shopper Insight & Marco-economics Impacts
- Lead the CSD/ED/Hydration's Strategy for Category Initiatives, Thematic Campaigns, and NPD/PPA to accelarate the Category's Volume/ Value Growth
- Review the implemented strategies on a monthly basis, assess the effectiveness of promotions and investments, and make timely course corrections to ensure strong business leadership and sustainable growth.
- Participate in the ComEx Monthly Review on Category Strateg'- Develop Annual & Long-term Strategy & Investment plans for CSD/ED/Hydration across all channels/ region based on Marketing Strategy, Consumer Trends, Shopper Insight & Marco-economics Impacts
What You'll Do
1.Category Development for all channels (TT, MT, AFH, Ecom)
•Propose Annual & Long-term CSD/ED/Hydration Strategy based on brands' 6Ps (pack/price/product/proposition/promotion/place) transferred from Marketing Strategies, Consumer Trend, Shopper Insight & Macro-impacts
•Lead Volume/ Value Growth by developing CSD/ED/Hydration investment priority matrix & plans by Category/ Sub-category/Channels and Geography with long run activity calendar via consume/shopper/category trend analysis
•Ensure AOP achievement by closely tracking monthly progress and co-work with TMKT Dev to identify the gap & proposing action plans to win competitors & maximize volume & value achievement
•Develop CSD/ED/Hydration Promotion strategy with guideline of CPC for 3-6-9-12 month calendar in TT; TOT direction & Shopper/Consumer Engagement for all channel/occasion
•Monthly/Quarterly evaluation of the CSD/ED/Hydration Promotion & Activity calendar; with proposal for the correction (if any) to align with strategy
•Participate in the ComEx Monthly Review on Category Strategy part, to update external and internal performance of category and brand to ensure close monitor of category investment & strategy
•In charge of planning Category initiatives and Thematic campaigns with investment planning by category and by channel with Marketing; and transfer the plan to TMKT Dev for execution
•Work with Marketing/ RGM and take leading role in in NPD & PPA:
oProvide commercial feasibility (market size of prize break by channel, channel feasibility and NPD traffic) during stage gate 1
oLeading role in Trade plan and Budget proposal for stage gate 2 with 6-month forecast, 12-18 months vision, and supported by Channel Strategy for PICOS and Pricing index/Mix by RGM
oLeading role in building Launch plan and communication to TMKT Dev, TMKT Op, CD MT, CD OP
oTransfer launch plan to TMKT Dev and monitor progress with TMKT Dev for driving KPIs
oDeliver Post Launch Evaluation for lesson learned and roadmap for NPD/ PPA
2. Support for Top-to-Top Engagement & Joint Business Plan/ Customer Development Agreement of OT Customers by collaborating with Channel Strategy & CD for:
•Plan, develop & ensure for Insight-based Joint business planning activities per top customers fitting with channel insight/customer strategy, shopper insight & brand strategies
3. Internal collaboration to drive growth and maximize opportunities:
•Co-work with Channel Strategy & Shopper Insight in assortment strategy, opportunities to maximize portfolio, display in store and extra-investment if needed
•Co-work with RGM to build principles and guidelines for pricing, mix assortment to drive value/volume in channels
•Co-work with Marketing/RGM in NPD & PPA projects and take leading role in NPD, PPA planning end-to-end process Proposal - Launch - Evaluation as aligned in Innovation process
What's in it for you
What You need to be successful
University graduation in economics or relevant disciplines.
At least 5 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG.
Good understanding of MKT, Trade and RTM process.
Good communication and influencing skills.
Proactive and result oriented.
Proficient English
Competent computer skills - Excel, PowerPoint
