Category Development and Operations Director

Job Summary

- Build strategies and winning plans that deliver LRB/ Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer requirements
- Execute & track/monitor all category/sub-category activity plan
- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP &  proposing the action plan

Job Responsibilities

1. Category development & Operation for all channel (TT, MT, AFH)
- Develop strategies and winning plans that deliver LRB/ Category/sub Category growth based on consumer, shopper and customer insights
- Lead execution (implementation/tracking/monitoring /evaluation/payment) all ITM calendar/ monthly trade activities across NW to maximize the awareness & productivity of Suntory PepsiCo’s brands at POPs 
- Ensure AOP achievement by identifying the GAP &  proposing the action plan to win competitor & maximize volume achievement. 
- Develop local activities to address/ capture all customize local insights to help local sale team in achieving local objectives.
- Build Categories platform/guideline base on the Retailer/ Shopper/ consumer insight for sub-Channel & have playbook to determine the success of each Brand & category at each channel.
- Organize & lead execution of Sale & Trade event in Nationwide for New products launching; DCR conference, Customer conference… to deliver key project objectives & understanding thoroughly communication by enhancing Sale team spirit & customer support.
- Scope: all channels (TT, MT, AFH)

2. Leading Category operations for for all channel (TT, MT, AFH)
- Lead Category operations team to deliver effective execution of category program NW as planned.
- Monitor and update the progress of the channel activities with the senior management in sales department for timely corrective actions.
- Develop and coach direct reports
- Other tasks assigned by VP Comex
Develop Customer event: 
- Work with MT, AFH (international, local) account to develop specific programs & execute Customer event & activation
- Cooperate with Channel team to built JBP, T2T

3. Develop Go to Market model for New products for all sub-channel include Ecom
- Deep understanding Category & Shopper, Consumer insight to develop GTM model for new products
- Coordinate with RGM to propose pack price strategy (PPA) for each region 
Identify & Win New Business
• Identify and evaluate current category performance & develop new business opportunities and to improve current performance.

Your Team

Skills and Experience

- University graduation in economics or relevant disciplines

- At least 05 years of work experience in Sales/ Marketing/ Trade Marketing, FMCG preferred.
- Good understanding of Trade and GTM process. 

- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Leadership, proactive and result-oriented.
- Proficient English for communication and writing 

- Competent English & computer skill – Excel, Power Point
