ABOUT THE ROLE
As the Sales Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's success in Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. You will be accountable to support different stakeholders on the delivering of the Annual Plan, integrating the marketing objectives for each country. You are responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to achieve key business targets, driving growth in profit, revenue, volume, and distribution. Your role will involve collaborating closely with partners to ensure effective market supply and execution of marketing strategies, as well as monitoring performance and implementing controls to drive compliance and optimize results. You will be found at the gemba on a weekly basis, understanding our consumers, seeing opportunities first hand and finding solutions to challenges. REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field.
• Proven experience in leading business operations in a complex environment with third-party customers and diverse cultures.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to transition to a marketing role and drive strategic initiatives to achieve business objectives.
• Commercial acumen and understanding of profit and loss dynamics.
• Ethical conduct and compliance awareness, with a commitment to upholding company values and standards.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and overcoming challenges.
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans for growth.
