QEHS Director Iberia & Citresa

About your role

You are an experienced senior leader in a complex, multi-site FMCG environment, ideally within beverages or bottling. You bring deep expertise in Quality, Food Safety and QEHS governance, combined with a strong ability to influence and lead across different stakeholders and geographies.
You are confident navigating high-pressure situations, making critical decisions that protect consumers and brands. With a proactive mindset, you champion prevention and continuous improvement, and you know how to embed a strong, behaviour-led safety culture across organisations.
You’re analytical, solutions-focused and comfortable working with data to drive performance, while also being a visible and engaging leader who connects with both frontline teams and senior stakeholders.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will provide strategic leadership across Quality, Environment, Health & Safety for Iberia & Citresa, ensuring strong governance, compliance and continuous improvement across owned sites, co-packers and partners.
Your key responsibilities will include:
•    Leading end-to-end Quality, Food Safety and Technical Governance, ensuring full compliance with standards and protecting product integrity and consumers
•    Owning QEHS management systems and certifications, maintaining operational excellence and audit readiness
•    Driving robust incident management, traceability and risk mitigation processes
•    Leading the deployment of the Zero Harm programme, embedding a prevention-driven safety culture across the organisation
•    Ensuring full environmental and safety compliance, including waste, emissions and resource efficiency management
•    Shaping and delivering the QEHS strategy and roadmap, aligned with business priorities and regional direction
•    Influencing key business decisions as part of Iberia and European leadership teams
•    Building and developing high-performing QEHS teams and organisational capability
•    Leading cross-functional and international projects, ensuring safe and effective delivery of investments

What You need to be successful

•    Proven senior leadership experience in QEHS within a complex, multi-site FMCG environment
•    Strong expertise in product quality, food safety, audits, traceability and incident management
•    Demonstrated success in deploying behaviour-based safety programmes and cultural transformation initiatives
•    Solid knowledge of environmental management and regulatory compliance
•    Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organisational levels
•    Analytical, data-driven approach with strong problem-solving and continuous improvement capabilities
•    A relevant degree in Chemistry, Biology, Food Science, Engineering or similar
•    Willingness to travel regularly across sites and partners
