Senior Accountant - MEM

Job Summary

• Be responsible for MEM management national wide, include include MEM policy and process
• Be responsible AR fixed assets management, which includes additions, transfers and disposals of MEM

Job Responsibilities

• Liaise with Sales/MEM to maximize utilization of Visicoolers on the market
• Lead the physical count of MEM in warehouses on quarterly basis national wide
• Lead the sample market count of visicooler nation wide on quarterly basis
• Review request of MEM fixed assets disposal both WH and Market and/or transfer between locations
• Lead GCS self test & cross test related to MEM process.
• Monitor MEM master data record, both on SAP and MEM system
• Drive compliance with MEM policy/process and provide refreshment on annual basis
• Book/accrual addition visicoolers, transfer and disposals of MEM assets
• Proactive partner with MEM/Sales team to monitor MEM usages, provide recommendations for better utilization of MEM assets when applicable
• Review, update and change MEM policy when appropriate
• Support ad-hoc tasks when required by line manager

Skills and Experience

• University graduate, major in Accounting & at least 3 year experiences in similar roles
• Strong technical understanding and knowledge including accounting standard, tax, legislation, company policy and procedures.
• Strong system knowledge and fluent usage of ERP system
