Leading performance improvement & productivity at the plants
Leading implementation and sustainment of best practice tools at the plants.
Leading people capability development at the plants.
What You'll Do
1. Lead the plant’s performance improvement activities
1.1 Lead the performance analysis at plants & benchmarking with other plants and define improvement opportunities & propose solutions for improvement.
1.2 Lead daily management process & action plan for improvement (Gemba, Standardization, Visualization, Trouble Shooting, Reporting & Meeting)
1.3 Lead KPIs & VMC performance for monthly OR, and comment for variances vs plan & propose action plan for improvement.
1.4 Work with nationwide team for KPIs standardization project & lead action plan at plant.
1.5 Lead & excuse the AOP KPIs building annually & JulF with Planning team and Operational Excellence team for plant.
2. Lead Productivity Activities in plant
2.1 Define productivity opportunities to build plant projects which aligned with business productivity goals.
2.2 Drive plant productivity projects agenda vs AOP plan.
2.3 Drive Productivity culture at plant through leading Kaizen activities in plant.
2.4 Monthly review productivity status in plant & recommend the action plan to achieve the target.
3. Lead Implementation & sustainment of best practice tools at the plants
Lead the implementation the BPTs which are cascaded from NTW team such as: SMW, M&W, Recon, PITSTOP, Runright, TPM,…to support driving performance improvement in plant:
3.1 Build roadmap & key priorities for implementation in plant.
3.2 Develop AOP agenda to train & roll out the BPTs in plant
3.3 Standardize BPTs training materials to fit with all levels of participants, translate to Vietnamese when needed by working Ops Cap NTW team.
3.4 Facilitate the training, refreshment of BPTs for ees at plant
3.5 Do audit/ health check to access the compliance and effectiveness of BPT's implementation at plant.
3.6 Work with plant director & owners to develop action plan for improving score of audits
3.7 Deliver the SMW quarterly status update.
4 .Lead Operations Capability activities at the plant to build up the capability development plan which is aligned with business case & Ops cap agenda
4.1 Build the competency framework for all ee L9- at the plant by cooperate with Ops cap team.
4.2 Lead the cascade & training the competency framework to all ee L9- in plant.
4.3 Build training need analysis for all L9- ees and AOP training calendar yearly.
4.4 Lead execution of operation capability development programs in plant (Operations capability training agenda, FLC, technical seminar, newcomer capability build up,)
4.5 Ensure meet training compliance and quality of training vs plan.
4.6 Access training effectiveness & work with related people/functions for actions to improve.
5. Plant’s data management; Report and meeting, event
5.1 Manage plant’s KPIs data (Safety, Quality, Manufacturing KPIs)
5.2 Frequently Report as required such as daily performance review, weekly MW, monthly OR, Quarterly SMW, others …:
5.3 Prepare data & deck & facilitate for Weekly and Monthly, quarterly & AOP cascade meeting
5.4 Lead AHA to accelerate recognition & award culture.
What You need to be successful
University education & Technical background
Good knowledge about food or beverage manufacturing filed (GMP, 5S, HACCP, FSSC 22001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001).
Maintenance & engineering knowledge (drawing & understand, basic about hydraulic & mechanical design & auto CAD requirement)
Problem solving skill: good in root cause analysis. Training skill. Lean six sigma knowledge.
Good in MS office (word, excel, expert in Power point presentation).
