The opportunity
As part of the Logistics site leadership team the Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing shift staffing levels for operation to ensure throughput and cost control. This role is based at our Distribution Centre in Swanbank working between the hours of 10pm to 6am.
What you’ll be doing
- Report on daily shift outcomes, opportunities, impacts, constraints and operational performance
- Lead and developing a high performing team
- Work effectively with the state DC Manager and operational support teams to ensure the timely and accurate picking and packing or orders.
- Pick and pack orders as required

- Ideally you will hold a current forklift license
